I do not worship angels or pray to them so there should not be anything wrong with all the angels I have. Many famous people in ministry have no problem with angels in their homes. Could you please explain.

(I would like to return to this question and give it a more detailed answer when I have more time.... I am only answering this e-mail quickly for now)
Iīm sorry. BUT --- we cannot go according to what "OTHER" people do. We HAVE TO stick to the Word of God and His precepts. Just for an example ---in todayīs day and age in the church, the people of God are doing ALL SORTS of things that are displeasing to God. Divorce being one of them. They are excusing divorce. They are condoning divorce. As a matter of fact I heard a VERY POPULAR TV preacher say just this weekend that God doesnīt care if you are divorced 4 or 5 times, that it is no different than any other weakness in our lives. This must break Godīs heart. The Born Again Church is condoning divorce. ...... they have no understanding of "COVENANT" God has a LOT to say about covenant in the bible, not just divorce and the two of them are connected.
We are to be the salt and lights IN this world, not conforming to the practices OF this world. We have all we need from God to make our lives and marriages work and we are to be an EXAMPLE TO the world.
I have said all that to show how the NEXT generation of Christians will think NOTHING of divorcing their spouses, walking away from their responsibilities and their commitments and abandoning their children to be embraced again only every other weekend. It does NOT mean that it is right or honoring to God. They need to be taught īstick-to-it-ivenessī They need to be taught commitment. They need to show their children that they can work out problems and difficulties without running away from them again and again.
I know that this is off topic of angels so Iīll get back to them .... I have seen "FROGS" and statues of frogs in Christian bookstores and it says, "For Righteousness Of God". Frogs are a detestable thing and a plague in the bible in both Mosesī time and in Revelation. We have NO business making statues of them and bringing them into our homes and putting them on display. There are MANY other things like that that Christians just embrace and think NOTHING of it. That doesnīt mean that they are BAD people, it just means that they are SINCERELY WRONG. (Acts Chapter 10 that mentions the clean & unclean animals did NOT condone the UNCLEAN -- this is another long teaching)
Please notice that there are NO female angels in the bible. (SEE FURTHER ABOVE FOR A MORE INDEPTH TEACHING ON THIS) They are all male. I do not believe that the two women that have wings as storks in Zechariah 5 are angels. (I intend to do a study on this) The woman in Revelation certainly is NOT. So the statues are just another symbol of the "Goddess Movement" that is always rearing itīs head on this planet.
The Second Commandment (Exodus 20) tells us NOT to make any graven image or the likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. Thou shalt not bow thyself to them or serve them etc etc etc. So since there are people that worship angels and bow to them and venerate them, it is the LAST THING that we should have displayed in prominent spots in our homes.
I am NOT saying that Christians that have angels in their homes are "BAD", just deceived, but I am saying that the CHURCH is NOT operating as in the days of ACTS. We are NOT walking on water, our shadows are NOT healing the sick, we are NOT raising the dead and it all has to do with the practices and the lifestyles that we live today. Would the apostle Paul put a statue of a female angel on display in his house. WOULD JESUS? Why would they? For what purpose? They both have a very clear understanding of angels and of their function before God.
I do not want to convince you in any way sweetie. I want you to PRAY diligently about this subject (I donīt even know why I brought it up to you -- but now that it is in the open) and see what God says to you. He will lead you and guide you. Listen for the conviction of the Holy Spirit. Our lives would all be MUCH MORE EFFECTIVE AGAINST the kingdom of darkness if we would put away foolish things and just stick to Godīs Word.
I donīt know if you have noticed that women in the church are getting tattooed? This is something else that has just become commonplace. It breaks Godīs heart that people do not read their bibles and TRY to live according to the instructions there. I am certain I fail in many areas of my life, but when something is brought to my attention, I do everything possible to rectify the matter in my life, soooooooo I am NOT saying that I am any BETTER than any other Christian, I probably donīt have understanding in many areas, but God wants us to BUILD EACH OTHER UP and to be IRON SHARPENING IRON in each otherīs lives and be TEACHING AND TRAINING each other for the work of the Gospel.
Just pray about it sweetie. Thatīs all. You will KNOW WHAT TO DO.
